House Bill 1156, Local Options for Ranked-Choice Voting, would:

• Allow local jurisdictions to use ranked-choice voting if they so choose
• Give local governments the option to shift odd year elections to even years
• Allow the state to help local governments implement options and cures to Washington Voting Rights Act violations
